A New Vintage From Our High Desert Orchard
Experience the bold, nuanced flavor of our second harvest of Olives LA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, crafted from olives grown exclusively in our high-elevation orchard at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains in Littlerock, California. Hand-picked on our third-generation family farm, where warm days and cool nights shape the fruit, this small-batch oil is made from a carefully balanced blend of 70% Arbequina, 18% Manzanillo, and 12% Mission olives. Pressed and bottled in November 2025 using a first cold extraction method, the result is a bright, complex oil that reflects both terroir and tradition.
Tasting Notes
This year’s vintage is elegant and expressive, with notes of green almond, ripe stone fruit, herbaceous brightness, and a piquant finish. Bottled unfiltered in 375 mL dark glass with a cork top to preserve flavor and freshness.
How to Use and Enjoy
Perfect as a finishing oil, for dipping, or adding dimension to any dish. Drizzle it over grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, or seasonal soups. Pair with crusty sourdough bread and flaky salt to let its full character shine.
Storage and Legacy
To enjoy the oil at its peak, store it in a cool, dark place and use within six months. However, it will retain excellent quality for up to two years thanks to its natural antioxidant content. Each bottle represents a single-orchard harvest, rooted in our family’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and the unique flavor of California’s high desert. This is a limited release—once it’s gone, it’s gone.
