Introducing: Peaches LA August Flame Peach Jam
A First for Our Orchard
This year, a few of our late-season August Flame trees produced some truly incredible fruit. There wasn’t enough to ship fresh, but just enough to preserve — and we’re thrilled to announce the very first batch of August Flame Peach Jam.
Deep Red, Orchard-Style Flavor
August Flame peaches are famous for their striking red flesh near the pit, and that color comes through beautifully in this jam. The result is a deeper, richer red than our Zee Lady jam, with the same orchard-style, chunky texture you love. Crafted with Tracie Tenerelli’s famous recipe — just three ingredients (peaches, organic sugar, lemon) and no pectin — this jam lets the fruit shine. Many say it’s “like peach pie in a jar.”
Small-Batch Perfection
We made just one batch of this jam, and once it’s gone, it’s gone until next year. Each 9-ounce jar reflects our orchard’s late-season harvest, transformed into something you can savor now or save to gift later in the year.
How to Store and Savor
Store your jar in a cool, dry place, and refrigerate after opening to maintain freshness. Enjoy it spread over buttered toast, spooned into yogurt, paired with cheese, or baked into pastries. However you use it, August Flame Jam is a one-of-a-kind taste of our orchard at the close of summer.
